We (Daemon) offer support to a variety of organisations around the
world. On site support, even for companies in Sydney is extremely
rare. Most server implementations are in a restricted facility where
the only requirement for physical access is for hardware installation
or possibly operating system installation. Everything else is remote.

For support clients, Daemon maintain a complete working installation
locally. This gives us the ability to quickly respond to potential
issues in the code base, without risk to the production
infrastructure. We're use to working with large implementations
remotely -- its what we do day to day.

We're involved in many large FarCry implementations. The following
are all in excess of 10,000 content items.

Mayo Clinic
http://www.mayoclinic.com/
One of the largest public health sites in the world.
(>2Mil page impressions per day)

BlueScope Steel
http://www.bluescopesteel.com.au/
BlueScope have a large sub-site installation. eg. the following sites
are all slices of the same content database:
http://www.colorbond.com/
http://www.colorbondcolours.com
http://www.sureline.com.au/
and many others

Taxation Institute of Australia
http://www.taxinstitute.com.au/
>40,000 document library, client extranet and event management system.

SelecTV
http://www.selectv.com/
Great example of a more application centric solution. TV Guide
manages thousands of content items daily, and the whole is closely
integrated with Websphere J2EE subscription system.

All of these clients have existing support arrangements with Daemon.

PS. We're working on a showcase section of the new site where anyone
can post details of their FarCry applications. Stay tuned :)
