Ahhhh - you go to the actual site itself while you are logged into the Admin
part, popup the Admin menu and do "SHOW DESIGN".

You can then see the containers.  Click on the category to get the popup
dialog.  You need to select the rules you are using to display your dynamic
content.

If you only want a certain category to appear for "About Us" then you will
either need to create a "page specifc" container in your template, or create
a separate display type for the "About Us" page that does have a page
specific container.

The template that comes with FarCry has the "Bottom" container as a "page
specific" one.  All the other containers are template-wide.

I dont think there is any other way of doing it but the Daemon guys may be
able to shed some more light.
