Actually, this is in the admin when editing a dmHTML or dmEvent object.

I tried changing those settings, but it didn't have an effect.

Ora,

I had the same problem with SoEditor Pro - I assume you are calling the
editor from your website rather than the admin area. If so it is very
likely to be a CSS issue.

Change the Height parameter in the Admin/General/Config Files/SoEditor
to be an integer value rather than a %. Do not add "px".

This worked for me.
