Matthew, On your recommendation I checked the application, cftrace, exception and server logs, but didn't find anything that looked like it was being thrown by this problem. Any other logs or places that CFMX stores logs that I should look?

If so it is very likely to be a CSS issue. Change the Height parameter in the Admin/General/Config Files/SoEditor to be an integer value rather than a %. Do not add "px". This worked for me. Chris.
