Did you check the log files of your webserver, as it should spit out an error saying it cannot load a file. I presume that you have a soflink/shortcut to your CFIDE dir in you farcry install?

If so it is very likely to be a CSS issue. Change the Height parameter in the Admin/General/Config Files/SoEditor to be an integer value rather than a %. Do not add "px". This worked for me. Chris.
