Try your webserver error logs. Running Coldfusion there is the CFIDE dir,
this is normally a softlink(*nix).

Matthew,

On your recommendation I checked the application, cftrace, exception and
server logs, but didn't find anything that looked like it was being thrown
by this problem. Any other logs or places that CFMX stores logs that I
should look?

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by "soflink/shortcut to your CFIDE
dir."

Ora

Did you check the log files of your webserver, as it should spit out an
error saying it cannot load a file. I presume that you have a
soflink/shortcut to your CFIDE dir in you farcry install?

Actually, this is in the admin when editing a dmHTML or dmEvent object.

I tried changing those settings, but it didn't have an effect.

Ora,

I had the same problem with SoEditor Pro - I assume you are calling the
editor from your website rather than the admin area. If so it is very likely
to be a CSS issue.

Change the Height parameter in the Admin/General/Config Files/SoEditor to be
an integer value rather than a %. Do not add "px".

This worked for me.

Chris.
