This Dandaneh with Hamza Above is exactly the same as Yeh with Hamza
Above, so the same letter can be used for the purpose (Yeh with Hamza
Above is a mandatory character in the standard).

Also, please note that the final and isolated forms are used in words like
{motela'le'}. Because of this fact, this should not be considered a
different letter from Yeh With Hamza Above, in our belief.
