Yes, it's actually 02:25 here, but I have a sleeping problem, so that's

The fonts are not covered by any kind of copyright, AFAIK. Actually, 
we are basing our new set of Persian fonts on their outlines. With a good 
font editor like FontLab and some OpenType headache, you should be able to 
fix them yourself. But if you are not in a hurry, just wait a little more 
for our fonts. (I'm sorry for all the promising and nothing released, but 
at least you've seen the screenshot.)
