It looks very legal to me. Being a Free Software fan, I know a little
software legalese. The original license for the fonts, when they were
available at the MS web site, allowed verbatim non-commercial
redistribution without charging a fee. The web site is doing exactly that.
You can't revoke a license by not just providing the software anymore.
