Hi all,

does anybody know Latin-8 (ISO-8859-14) CPxxx number? (If there is any)
It covers the old celtic orthography.

By the way, cp859 refers to DOS **Latin-9**, not Latin-15, as I wrote
before.
My apologies.

I have found out about cp1116 (Estonia), cp1117 (Latvia), cp1118 (Lithuania)
and cp1119 (Russia/Lithuania) codepages.
They are based upon cp437 and cover their particular languages only, just
like cp860 for Portugal, cp861 for Iceland, cp863 for Canada (french) and
cp865 for Norway and Denmark.

Questions:
Is cp775 more used than the codepages above?
Does anybody know about the seemingly widely used "RusLat" codepage? I mean,
its encoding and CPxxx number.

Finally, about ISO codepages:
Are there particular keyboard layouts designed to use them?

About arabic codepage cp720:
I've noticed that only the isolated forms of the letters are present.
Where does MS-DOS pick the other forms of the letters from? (Is cp720 a
16-bit codepage?)

Thanks,
Henrique
