SFN Windows stores in DOS (called by MS as "OEM") codepage. LFN stored
again in Unicode, not in Windows (called by MS as "ANSI") codepage. For
example, MS chooses for cyrillic Windows codepage 1251, but continues to
store SFN in DOS CP866.
