Yea i'm the same...but I do find the last 3 or 4 papers easier to
identify the issues in than the old examiner.I think for const you
should jst know a load of random stuff and try and shoehorn it into 5
different answers coz they all seem to be interconnected in someway ie
there'll be a locus standi issue,probably an issue as to whether some
committee is acting judicially,sep of powers and a couple of random
rights being breached or whatever and 'fair procedure' (kinda waffeley
if u ask me)...Then a 'Stand Alone' issue Q such as Cabinet
Confidentiality or something.All in all the same issues always come up
plus a 'stand alone' which can change. (hope it's not Euro conv on HR
or Dáil seats or some other bulls..ttey ambiguous area!)
