Hi Guys! I answered Qns 1, 3, 5, 7 and 8.
I Think Q1 was grand, except that I ran out of time with all the adoption, citizenship and medical issues that I forgot to stick in anything on education (hopefully its not marked 50/50). Q3 was a little dodgey. Im not sure where I ended up taking that one. I think a little bit of everything was mentioned!! Im sorry I didnt take Q2 instead! Q5 I answered also with a mix of topics from Equality, a little bit on Expression and Delegation of power to the minister, with a little bit on the relaxing on Locus Standi for good measure. Im not sure what the primary topic was though. It may end up being some abstract area that rarely comes up and I didnt recognise it. Q7 was a grand question from what I could see. Just a standard Prejudice and Special Case of Child Abuse question. I brough in a little about the guards having a duty to preserve evidence just to cover all bases. Q8 was also fine from what I could tell. I presume it was a general enough discussion on delegation under Art 15, taking into account of the EU Deomcratic Deficit and the Irish cases where the delegation of ministerial power etc have been challenged.
