has anyone here done fe1s before and know a bit about just how hard the marking is on problem questions?
I did 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 Q 2: I talked about privacy, Colgan v. RTÉ, New zealand tv3 case and waffled a bit about stuff i vaguely remembered about JK Rowling from IP in college! Would that be enough to pass the question, or should I have gone in to the Garda's freedom of expression being curtailed by public order/security of state and stuff like that? I just vaguely mentioned that John could perhaps seek damages from the garda commissioner and maybe the garda privately. Not sure if failing to get in to the Freedom of Expression effectively means I failed that one? Q5: I answered almost completely by reference to proportionality and it being an overly restrictive use of power, again I should have gotten in to the equality side of things perhaps since she was put in a worse position than other already recognisable candidates? Q7: I nailed the undue delay/prejudice side of the question from both the pov of the gardaís delay and the girls delay, but didn't mention anything about the garda's duty to preserve evidence. So yeah, basically does anyone know if when answering a problem question if you deal with the primary issues pretty conclusively, will you still fail if you don't pick up on some ancillary points to the question?
