Well I don't have the Grif/Ind book but when you say 'Oireachtas' that
can cover quite a lot...Retrospective Legislation, Sep of Powers
(Judicial v Legis/State v Johnson etc, Exec v Legis/Stautory
instruments for eg) Election ratios (came up once with this examiner
but I think it's tough to write 2 pages on it alone), possibly
priviledge (spelling?) but i'd be more inclined to know something
about cabinet confidentiality rather than oireachtas priv...
Thoughts?
