q1 i did equality and alot of equality cases. basically the proviso was accepted on discrim on physical grounds, thats what i said could be wrong. q2 said delegation was ok, prob made mistake there, went on bout prop right and relationship wit right to earn livelihood, due process very lil substance, i hope u get bulk of marks for people v buck and heany,,anyone else think this exam very hard to judge how uv done????
