got 3 decent enough questions and then 2 poor enough ones.

here's what i did and how I dealt with it:

q1: equality, mentioned about difference of capacity, physical, even
through in non-justiciability because it would involve the court
ordering the state how to spend money.

q2: delegation of power and right to property - took a complete gamble
on this as it was my 5th question and really delighted to see that
most people dealt with delegation of power!

q3 on natural justice: kind of took bits from everything. like
preamble, unenumerated rights applying to non-citizens, fair
procedures (nemo iudex and audi alteram), and ryan v. ag / td v. min
for education.

q 8: reckon i made a bags of this - anyway, talked about presumption
of innocence ,right against self-incrimination. kind figured that that
there was caselaw about a delay in asking the solicitor to come to the
garda station and eventually not letting him in, but didn't know any
case law for this part (besides healy) so had to just give my opinon
that it breached the right.

q4: locus standi - probably the easiest one on the paper if you had
the topic done??... from what I read of it there wasn't any catches or
tricks.

definitely it was one of the exams I've been most scared of. honestly
have never been as nervous - glad it's over, but think if I got
anything, it would be a scrape 50%!..
