I did Q2 and most people I spoke to afterwards thought it was the delegation to a subordinate leg but I said that it was fair procedures in decisions by statutory bodies, O'Brien v Bord na Mona and how it was an administrative decision to acquire prop under the Act. Am I totally off the mark here?
I also did the family question mixed with equality, interpretation, sep of powers. Not sure if I identified all the issues there either. Did anyone else think it was a really long paper?
