I did Q2 and most people I spoke to afterwards thought it was the
delegation to a subordinate leg but I said that it was fair procedures
in decisions by statutory bodies, O'Brien v Bord na Mona and how it
was an administrative decision to acquire prop under the Act. Am I
totally off the mark here?

I also did the family question mixed with equality, interpretation,
sep of powers. Not sure if I identified all the issues there either.
Did anyone else think it was a really long paper? I had to leave 2 Qs
unfinished
