You'll be ok Fern because you'll probably get 2 Qs on institutions if
you've done the leg procedures/demo deficit stuff in that section,
should be a Q on goods and persons so you're almost guaranteed 4 Qs
just from that unless he completely changes the format of the paper.

I think alot of the insttutions stuff is in the Treaties, I couldn't
find mine to hand it in though so I'll just have to do without :(
