The EU mood is rapidly deteriorating!!!

As for the institutions question, I'm just hoping it won't be tied in
with the decision making procedures or that it won't be heavily
focussed on just one of the three institutions, so I suppose
democratic deficit would suit me best. I thought the question on the
courts was very handy last year but that won't be there again. I feel
that the GCD manual is a bit light on material for the institutions
but I shouldn't complain really because I won't know all of what's
there anyway.

As for the case notes things, I'd read his report to mean that there
would be a question on it this year but hopefully it'll be part of a
choice. It did say that he was going to look for evidence across the
board that students are reading the cases. As far as I can see, this
is a dig at the use of manuals for learning this stuff but I can see
his point if people keep going into these exams and regurgitating
prepared material and completely ignoring the questions actually
asked! Who on earth is still doing that at this stage?! The mind
boggles...
