Don't worry Fern-we're all in the same boat :-( I've just decided to drop competition too, but I'm going to do Art 87 in case an essay on state liability came up. Otherwise that's competition and the casenote question out, so I'll be trying to get 5/6! I haven't done direct effect or MS liability either so it's not as if I have everything else done either....Aargh!!!! I'm so temped to jack it in as I'll be back in March to do Company but I may as well bash on in case a miracle happens! I'll have no hair left by Wednesday!!!
