Oh God I wish you didnt tell me that , I dont feel as confident as I
did earlier now because I did talk about Robbery in the second part of
that qstn is well, I mentioned section 5 of the non-fatal offences
against the person act as well as section 2 of that act is well about
the general definition of an assault. Just after looking through the
notes and copping that the actual theft part of the robbery must have
been completed before it was a robbery! oops! Igot it confused with
the offences of incitement and conspiracy where it doesn't matter if
the offence was committed or not! Didnt talk about attempt! Hopefully
Thats the only issue i fecked up on. Anyway no more post mortums from
me until the results come out !
