that was my first FE1 too. hopefully i got 50% but hard to know because i dont know how it will be marked. Here is my breakdown of the robbery question (probably my best one). The obvious issue was attempted robbery. Discuss attempt/robbery-that was the main thing to discuss..i think BUT i said an actual robbery can be prosecuted BECAUSE: To prove robbery you have to prove theft (+use of force/threat of use of force) Theft is defined as adverse interference with someone elses property. The interference can be temporary or permanent. Because the guy sat in the girls car he unlawfully and without consent, temporarily interfered with her use of her property (the car)=theft+the threat with the knife(albeit related to attempted theft of money)=robbery...a bit far-fetched i know! Case to back up this theory is R v. Eason
