I really agree with the number of issues that were in the problem questions. It's hard to cover everything in detail so I'm hoping that bullet points will suffice when when under pressure. Missed a few case names towards the end because the pressure of time was getting to me. Was a tricky enough paper overall I think and if you didn't have the courts and bail etc covered it made it more difficult. I didn't know those topics well enough to write a decent answer on them so that may have been my downfall!!
