Hi everyone. Hope the exams are going ok so far. Had company today and
I didn't really know how I got on. The sep legal personality question
was a bit unfair covering only the single economic entity. What ye
think? I did that question, ultra vires, the one on Lucy and Jim,
inability to pay debts, Charlie and Richard. So I did Q.1,2,3,6,8. I
sat this paper last year and got 46 in it . I really think this paper
was more complicated that Oct 2008. Any ideas on this? Are people
thinking along the same lines or do I just have bad episodes with
company law?
