Hi Perdy I did the question on regulation 80 and really waffled way off course on it. Did a lot on directors duties only to see that was asked in the last question after I finished, so prob wasn't warranted. So, think i was on the wrong track. Other than that, i did sep legal personality, ultra vires, charlie and richard and the one on the charges.
