Hi all, In some way it's comforting to know that I wasn't the only one who had an unmitigated disaster in there today. There were only four questions on the paper that I could answer in some way, and then I had to take a stab at conscientious Jim as my fifth. I thought that was some sort of follow up to the recent questions about the regulation of transactions between directors and their companies s25 1990. I agree the separate legal personality question was a tad cruel also. This was my third sitting of company, and I have already passed the other seven exams. I remarked in the last two sittings that the standard for Company is much higher than in any of the other subjects. I'm something of an FE-1 veteran at this stage and it's so frustrating. I'm glad I didn't intend to go to Blackhall this September otherwise this would be a serious catastrophe. Anyway, I have to get out the hoover before someone calls in the environmental health authorities... Good luck to those of you who are still studying.
