The only question i found confusing was question 8. I felt that the
question could be quite broad if you interpreted it the way i
did...other than stating the duties, i felt that the examiner was
inviting comments upon the negative aspects of the intended
transactions...as in the Q it's stated that "Jim is the conscientious
sort" , "advise on duties" "how jim should discharge those
duties"...what i did is stated the required duties and noted the
consequences that would occur if these are not discharged
properly...Anyone else take this approach?
