We were aware of "issues" in the constitutional manual - and addresed
them for this sitting.  That's as far as I can put it, unfortunately.

But a lot of students on boards.ie etc say they get great things done
with Fergus Ryan's nutshell.

fyi, the constitutional exam is about spotting the issues first and
foremost and being able to deal with them in a cogent and structured
way.  The student who knows a *little* about the relevant areas, will
do better than the student who know a lot about cases in a few
discrete areas.  Remember, you've only got 35 minutes to do the
question.
