Hmmmm ok...very quickly then

1. The AG
2. Strict liability / limits on DC jurisdiction - minor offences / vague
definition of crime / probably more!
3. Article 34.1 - justice in public / media freedoms etc
4. Essay on Article 26
5. right to a good name / natural and constitutional justice
6. Non-delegation - embrace of Cityview Press over "orders" (i.e. Casey
case etc) / property rights / proportionality / right to earn
7. Separation of Powers - interference with judicial function / right to
earn
8. equality / socio-economic issues / separation of powers - same question
asked in Q6 of April 2008

The general comment he repeats is that students don't understand the true
ratio of TD and the upcoming report I understand will point out that too
many students are relying (apparently) on a particular set of notes that
appear to be very outdated - i.e. cutting off their knowledge of
non-delegation in about 1998 and property rights similarly without knowing
the "new" stuff.

Main reason for poor performance on this exam is the failure to identify the
relevant issues.
