Hi there, The syllabus is pretty vague. I think it has been pretty vague for the past few years and doesn't point to some of those topics being hundreds of times the size of others! The examiner's name from the past few years is Eoin Carolan and I believe he's still the examiner this year. The main things that aren't really apparent from the syllabus is the various ways separation of powers can manifest itself and the multitude of enumerated and unenumerated rights that fall under personal rights (as the examiner says on the syllabus- they're the critical focus of the FE-1 exam). Hope that's a bit of use.
