Would be very cool. I bought the first season of Legend of the Seeker by Terry
Goodkind and I was dismayed when I first started watching it. The story had
changed, and it was like watching Xena or Hercules. Not that it was bad, but
not what I expected. The GRRM Game of Thrones is truer to form from what I have
seen. Might miss some of the smaller scenes but overall was pretty good.

no help to you on the Scotch, not a drinker. :) I have not read the Lev
Grossman book? Any good?

LAR,

How long we known each other? I realize you're expressing frustration, but one
more time: we are talking to film and TV people all the time.

As for the scotch, I've had Lagavullen. First try their variations, the 1987,
the Distiller's Edition, the 12 year old, etc. Then try other Islay Single
Malts, like Bowmore (top of the list), Caol Ila, Dun Bheagan, Laphroaigh
(another to put near the top), Finlaggan, and some others I cant recall.

Other scotches you might like Oban, Talisker, McCallum, and Highland Park.

But not all at one sitting.
