Dominus is one of the world's truly great wines as in Petrus in France. Mouiex
is something of a maverick with some of his practices, but you know he's good
when people will pay $700 a bottle for 100% Merlot from Bordeaux. Petrus and
Trantinoy are the only 100% merlot in a region famous for their precise blends
of Cab, Merlot, Cab Franc, Petite Verdox, and Malbec.
