I lived in Germany from 2003 - 2006. It was sometime in late '04 that I
transferred from Mannheim (5th Signal Command) to Heidelberg (V Corps G6)
that I learned about the Canadian PX on Campbell barracks. We could buy
Cuban cigars there and some very inexpensive alcohol. It was usually
cheaper than our "Class 6" store. In the Army, at least in Germany, they
keep the alcohol out of the commissaries and sell them out of what's known
as "class 6" stores.
