That does sound quite intriguing Stephen! Its amazing when they combine modern technology with old world technology to create something delicious, whether it be a good cigar or glass of wine...wine wins out of course!!!

I was expecting something a lot more robust or full-bodied, but still found the cigar enjoyable. I certainly wouldn't pay the mark-up that the Cubans have for another one, but I am open to buying them when they are legal and fairly priced. Also, Shells, your description of the tobacco barns reminded me of the write up that Wine Spectator on Christian Mouiex recently. You gotta see the contraptions they built at Dominus and Petrus for aging the wine in barrels. The walls are essentially metal cages filled with stones to allow 24/7 natural airflow among the barrels. They even broke it down to a science on where to use small rocks, where to use big rocks, etc. I am definitely gonna check out Dominus next time I go to Napa. It is impressive.
