I've been puzzling over that very question myself at the moment. I want an
e-book reader for when I go on vacation next year. The current model Kindle
is easy on the eyes and has a long battery life. Aside from some web
browsing though, all they are really good for is reading.
The Kindle Fire though has a shorter battery life and won't be quite so
easy on the eyes. But it is basically a tablet PC so I can do a whole lot
more with it.
