I don't know about the US because the economics of publishing and doing tours are different hear, but I'd say it's likely. If you want me to visit where you live, you do it through your local bookseller, if they are the type of store that has authors in for promotion. In Texas I'm almost always in either Austin or Dallas, but it's been maybe ten years?
