It has to do with the foreign publisher.  I was asked to go to Turkey a while 
back, but at that time there was a State Department advisory against travel in 
the Middle East, so I declined.

I have done appearances in countries that were't "day and date" with the US/UK, 
i.e. France, Germany, the Netherlands, etc.
