Ray, I asked a question about this years ago, but now a different thing came to my mind.. I live in Turkey, and your Turkish publisher, "Ithaki" printed "Into a Dark Realm" lastly (in 2011). I think they are publishing 1 or 2 books each year, as I have read all books since Shadow of a Dark Queen in English I am a bit vague about their speed. So my point is, is it possible to visit a country (not Turkey specifically, but any country) which is not up to date with latest book? Or your international travels only take you to countries which publish your latest work more or less when it comes out in US?
