Well put, Michael.  I just finished the book yesterday and am still
digesting it, but I am not sure I would have seen that wonderful depth.  I
took Belog/Nakor's "I learned something, but I'm not sure what" at face
value and figured I'd figure it out later if it weren't eventually spelled
out. :)

I also need to add my thanks to REF for such a wonderful series and hours,
hours, hours of good reading.  Through your stories I learned new facets of
politics, military, war, government, woodlore, and even friendship and
childhood which influence my perceptions on a regular basis.  Thank you for
expanding my perspective and for a saga ending that left me in happy tears.
