Any true barbecue master would not share it either anywhere ;). But nevermind
then, and I now know where to eat whenever I happen to be on your side of the
country! Good pulled pork is my weakness and brisket sandwiches. Good old baby
backs with a spicy potato side of some sort is the all time favorite!

Don’t need to go to Texas to get BBQ. I eat too much of that stuff, anyway. I
have a take-out called Brett’s a 10 minute drive away and it’s my default if I
can’t think of anything else. They’ve got a smoked ti-tip (with horseradish
sauce, yum!), good chicken, great beef ribs . . . making myself hungry. It’s
“California style,” which means Brett won’t share the recipe for the sauce.
