Brett’s brisket is HEAVY. I have to be starving to get a plate of that. It’s really good, but as I said, after eating their brisket I’m just on the couch in a food coma. The most popular place here in San Diego is Phill’s, and we have a dozen more all over the county, each with their own stile. Barbecue Pit is classic KC, while Guahnan is Hawaiian, Crossroads is Memphis, etc. Best, R.E.F.
