I put it on absolutely everything thanks to my Mexican wife training me in its
preparation thoroughly. Some people like steak sauce on a slab of beef or
ketchup on a cheeseburger, I use guacamole for all those things when I am
eating our own. Hell I put it on my eggs and as well as a crust dipper for my
pizza

Nasty avocado?
While I agree that avocado likely doesn't belong on your BBQ platter, avocado
is the king of plants. Without avocado you can't have guacamole, and life
without guacamole is not worth living.

'California Style' I hope that does NOT means any nasty avocado anywhere!

Any true barbecue master would not share it either anywhere ;). But nevermind
then, and I now know where to eat whenever I happen to be on your side of the
country! Good pulled pork is my weakness and brisket sandwiches. Good old baby
backs with a spicy potato side of some sort is the all time favorite!

Don’t need to go to Texas to get BBQ. I eat too much of that stuff, anyway. I
have a take-out called Brett’s a 10 minute drive away and it’s my default if I
can’t think of anything else. They’ve got a smoked ti-tip (with horseradish
sauce, yum!), good chicken, great beef ribs . . . making myself hungry. It’s
“California style,” which means Brett won’t share the recipe for the sauce.
