We currently have 2 mailing lists, felix-language and felix-impl.
felix-language is for discussing using felix and the theory behind it.
felix-impl is for bugs, implementation details, and commits. For the new
site, do we want to keep with this scheme, or change it? A lot of
projects have a PROJECT-users for just help using the language, a
PROJECT-dev for implementation details as well as the theory, a
PROJECT-commits for a read-only copy of the commit logs, a
PROJECT-tickets for the mail interface to the ticket database, and a
read only PROJECT-announce for major announcements. Should we copy this?

Personally, I don't think we need to do too much. My preference is to
keep felix-lang and felix-impl, and add a read-only felix-commits.
Tickets can just go to felix-impl. You guys feel differently?
