I do have a pretty good feeling that the moratorium on the 10% should pass - just because no one could explain how they came up with it, and the city attorney also agreed that it's a silly rule... I was actually reading the transcript from my hearing, and towards the end, he actually stipulated to the fact that the pet limit law isn't effective way to control the problems among the irregular ownership -- my main concern is that I don't know if I want a permit or not - currently if you do get a permit, you are also agreeing to let them in your house without any advance notice and I refuse to let anyone in without any appointment in advance - I have had so much bad experience with them, and I don't trust them.. so.. I am not sure what I will do and what options I have -- I think I want to continue with appeal in case the city councilor does not agree with taking out the limit law, which is a good possibility to me.
