Here are the particulars..I phoned the Fresno SPCA and basically they
do not take information from anyone bringing "STray " cats to
them,,,and it is done all day long, They claim they keep them 5 days
before euthanizing them but this was not the case,,

I couldn't believe it when she said they take no information from

I am not sure how to get this on the list Nina so would you mind
either directing me there or just posting this information there.

Send all the contact info directly to the list, (the woman's name
and description, SPCA contact email, etc). This is something that
all our members would be inclined to get behind. If we can flood
the particular parties, (esp the SPCA) with demands to stop this,
there is a chance they will listen. What a deplorable
situation! Thank you for calling it to our attention.
