You just got it on the list Kelly. Go ahead and broadcast the woman's
address who is turning in cats to the shelter! Let's hit her with a
flood of mail about how horrible we all think her actions are. Let's
let her know the world is watching her!

Send all the contact info directly to the list, (the woman's name and
description, SPCA contact email, etc). This is something that all
our members would be inclined to get behind. If we can flood the
particular parties, (esp the SPCA) with demands to stop this, there
is a chance they will listen. What a deplorable situation! Thank
you for calling it to our attention.
