It all depends on the AS agency of course but I have seen it really turn
things around, from where AS used to be viewed as the "enemy" and now
recognizes & applauds those practicing TNR--they don't want to see the cats
end up at AS if possible and are glad if some can be saved.   I do realize
that unfortunately, some are dealing with AS facilities with a very
backwards & primative mentality, I've been reading accounts on another list
that are horrifying.
