Just wanted to mention, that I took Mr. Black Kitty (FELV & FIV) in to the vet today - decided to make an appointment with the vet I knew best, and talk to her before having anything done. He had a blood test, and was neutered. Yeaa! I'd been thinking about taking him in for weeks - maybe months - and didn't want to traumatize him.
He came thru with flying colors, didn't overreact, and we'll know the results of the blood test on Monday. I'm wondering if he's hyperthyroid. He's purred a lot since being home. He's getting to be quite a lap kitty, and Calawalla crawls on top so she won't get left out. Gloria
