I am s  sorry you have had to find us, But you are in the right place.  Unfortunatly even if she DID test negative on her first test years ago, it is possible for that to have been wrong.  Or like you siad they didnt do it....but I doubt that.   We ALWAYS say to get 2 confirmative test ..I alsways get at least 2  ELISA test done 90 days apart.  Unfortunantly FeLV makes fighting any infection so hard on teh little kitties but it si possible with the right care.  You should try some Echancia, and some vitamin C to help boost fer immune system for  now..also mabey some stuff called Moducare and stress packs...someone else ont eh list can give you info on where to get them..Im not sure...

My little angel when I found her was practically dead...she would have been probally in a day or so at  most...no one but me thought she would live..she was anemic, severly underweight (1-1.5 lbs at 5 months old)  something ahd attacked her and she had very bad wound infections..and she had a REALLY bad URI.....she came through with flying colors and the vet still only gave her 6 months - a year MAAX..and she is with me now going on 1.5 yrs!!! and doing great...she was on a host of meds but recently refused to eat her food if I mixed any of them with it..which is the only way I knew how to get them into her...so now shhe is just on Interferon...which you will find MANY if not most of us on here use...and I recommend you trying it as well...It is a liquid RX that is used to treat AIDS in humans..it is actually a natural hormone that is deficient in people/or animals who have many immune defficiant problems...

HOpe all goes well for you and little Squeaky
